We get a lot of questions about shipping, so here is some basic information to help you.

If your order is over €50,00 total and to be shipped within Spain (not including the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla), there are no shipping fees – SHIPPING IS FREE.

Prices:

When you are placing your order, the website will calculate the shipping cost automatically for you, based on the weight of the products you are ordering. If your order is outside of Spain or within Spain but under €65,00, our current shipping prices are as follows:

Timing & Shipping Methods:

Orders are normally shipped within 3 working days after receipt of payment. Currently our standard shipping method within Spain is with Correos Express or MRW and for orders outside Spain we use either Correos Express or Spanish Post. The shipping costs include handling, packaging and transportation of your order. If you would like a delivery with Signature Required or any other shipping method, please get in touch with us.

Address and Telephone Number:

It is so important to get this right! Please enter exact address details, and any extra information that may be helpful for the delivery person. When your order is being delivered, they may need to call you so please give us a current phone number, preferably mobile.

Customs (Outside the European Union):

Although delivery normally takes about 2 weeks to reach its international destination outside of Europe, please be aware that customs in your country could hold things up and delay delivery.
