The original name for the Menthol Arnica Salve was “muscle rub” but health and safety had us change the name as in skincare, we cannot claim that our product will do anything beyond the skin. So, now we call it our Menthol Arnica Cooling Salve. I absolutely love this product rubbed into aching muscles, or sore tension in my shoulders.
We have many clients who use it similarly and therapists who use it in their treatments. One near here in Mojacar – Oceanic Therapies and another in Pamplona, right along the Camino de Santiago – Ultreia. Masaje, Belleza y Bienestar.
This product was also a wonderful help on my hike along the Camino de Santiago. I would rub it into my feet and legs and trade massages along the way with fellow Pilgrims. I am still not finished the Camino and usually walk about 10 days, each year, along the 792km route from Roncesvalles to Santiago de Compostela, and it looks like, if all goes to plan, I will be continuing the next part in May 2020. I arrived to Ponferrada on my last journey, and when I continue, I am hoping to make it all the way to Santiago!!
