PRICE

All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication, are quoted in €uros and where appropriate include the Spanish sales tax (IVA) at the current rate. The price does not include the delivery of the order to the purchaser. This is an additional cost, unless otherwise stated.

SECURE ONLINE PAYMENT

Naturalmente Mediterraneo provides a secure payment system. The purchaser may pay by Paypal, bank or credit card payment through a secure on-line payment system, bank transfer or payment on delivery. Products will only be shipped once payment has been received in full in all cases except for payment on delivery, in which case the purchaser pays directly to the delivery person.

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

You have the right to cancel your entire order in writing within seven days of receipt and receive a refund of all charges. You will need to return the item(s) at your own cost.

OUR RETURNS POLICY

If you are not entirely happy with the products that you have purchased, you may return them to us within 7 days of receipt. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unopened and with the original packaging. Return of an item is at your own cost unless the item is faulty. A redelivery charge (at our standard rates) will apply to all items returned for exchange.

Certain items are excluded from our returns policy for hygiene and safety reasons. These items can only be returned in accordance with your legal rights and are toiletries and beauty products if the packaging seals have been broken.

IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEMS

DAMAGED OR FAULTY PRODUCTS

If the products are damaged or found to be faulty, the purchaser should contact Naturalmente Mediterraneo within three days of receipt of the products. Damaged products must be returned to Naturalmente Mediterraneo suitably packaged. Naturalmente Mediterraneo will replace or refund the items concerned.

PRODUCTS VARIATIONS

Please note that product colour and texture variations occur naturally as part of the handmade manufacturing process and nature of the raw plant ingredients we use.

We take complaints very seriously and will do our best to deal with them within 5 working days, although most complaints can be handled within a few hours.
